The J.A. Vachon House, located in Sainte-Marie de Beauce, is the ancestral home of Vachon snack cakes. A visit to the residence, classified as a historic monument, will take you back to the time when Rose-Anna made her goodies on the wood stove. Learn how this resourceful family from a modest background worked hard so their company prosper.

  • Discover the first recipe book - the very one used to record the recipes for cakes as Paul created them. You will also learn how Rose-Anna did her bookkeeping to keep track of how much it cost to keep their modest business running. Don’t leave without your own cakes! So does the tradition created by Rose-Anna!
